  • What are your shipping charges?
    Mapel offers FREE Ground Shipping for all orders within the continental U.S..
    (all other orders incur addtional shipping charges depending on the location)

    Orders sent 2nd day delivery incur below charges:
    $1-100 = $15 Charge
    $101 = $20 Charge

    International purchases incur $7 shipping charge.

  • What is your Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
    Mapel wants every transaction to be a postive and assured experience so we are offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING within the continental US for all online purchases.

    We also want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice in purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will GLADLY EXCHANGE for an alternate item or store credit AND we will pay the shipping charges for your Exchange.

    For Merchandise Returns, mail the items using a pre-paid shipping label that Mapel will email you and we'll simply deduct a flat fee of $6 from your order refund. If you decided to not use the pre-paid label the $6 fee will not be charged. When using another shipping method please be sure to mail Return Merchandise to Mapel, 617 Front Street 4b, Leavenworth WA 98826.

  • What are your in store hours?
    During the months of January, February & March Mapel's Leavenworth store is open during these hours.
    Monday-Friday 12-6pm
    Saturday 10-7pm
    Sunday 10-5pm

  • What are your return and exchange policies?
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 10 days of package receipt. Acceptable returns/exchanges are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached. Please contact Mapel via info@shopmapel.com or 509.548.5225 to process returns and exchanges.
