- What are Mapel's return and exchange policies?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept Returns or Exchanges within 10 days of package receipt.
Acceptable returns/exchanges are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached. Please contact Mapel via info@shopmapel.com or 503.670.1756 to process returns and exchanges. Discounted or clearance items are final sale.
Groupon:
~Merchandise purchased using pre-paid Groupons do not quality for returns. Mapel does accept exchanges for Groupon denim purchases. Customer pays $10 shipping on all Groupon exchanges.

Mapel offers FREE Ground Shipping for all orders within the continental U.S..
Orders sent 2nd day delivery incur below charges:
$1-100 = $15 Charge
$101 = $20 Charge
International purchases incur $20 shipping charge

- What is Mapel's Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
Mapel wants every transaction to be a positive and assured experience so we are offering FREE GROUND SHIPPING within the continental US for all online purchases.
We also want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice in purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will GLADLY EXCHANGE for an alternate item or store credit AND we will pay the shipping charges for your exchange. Items must be in their original condition & tags still attached. Discounted or Clearance items are final sale.
For Merchandise Returns you can either mail return items yourself or request a pre-paid shipping label from Mapel. If you would like to request a pre-paid USPS shipping label please send us an email (info@shopmapel.com) or give us a call (503.670.1756) and well simply deduct a flat fee of $10 from your order refund. If you decided to mail the return items yourself the $10 fee will not be charged. When using your own shipping method please be sure to mail Return Merchandise to Mapel, 7453 Bridgeport, Tigard OR 97224.
